Please go to hgtv.com every day until mid February and enter to win the dream house they are giving away. It is right on the beach in the Florida Keys on an island called Isla Morada (I think I have that right). A coworker of mine has in-laws that live in Naples, so they go down there every Christmas and usually spend a couple days vacationing someplace on their own. This past Christmas they had a condo on this island and she said it was a really nice place. The house is awesome and one of us needs to win it.

That would be pretty awesome. I heard that in the history of Dream House nobody has ever actually lived in the house for more than one year. They all sell, most immediately. Perhaps they'd rather have the cash and remain in their community. One couple tried a few years ago and made it one year before they ran out of money. I saw the new house on TV a week ago and it looks very pretty. Looking online is fun too.
This is probably the best location they've ever chosen so that would help if you wanted to rent it out.

This is the type of house that rents for $5000 in Captiva in the off-season. I don't think it would be that hard to keep it rented the first year since there would be a lot of interest in the house.
